Nothing gives us more pleasure in taking a prospective customer from a place where their website is "ok" and they don't know us from Adam to a really satisfied customer who has a neat, clean and very functional and professional looking website.

Quite often when we carry out our research, we can identify prospective customers simply from their current website. And it's quite tough when we contact them to point out to them that they are actually completely underselling their business with a presence on line that is in need for improvement. Nobody likes to think that they really need much of an improvement. However, we often tell our customers that a website for their business is a constant "work in progress" and that it should undergo a constant review and improvement programme.
